Dear customers and to our fellow Muslim brothers and sisters, it was brought to our attention that some of you have been circulating pictures from our socials without consent to instigate hate, encourage rumours, libel, defamation, personal attack, public humiliation, racial and religious hate. The picture is of volunteers volunteering for our charity bake sale and of customers who dine in. Both volunteers and customers have been advised to make police report for the malicious use of their pictures by the public. There is always 2 sides of a story. While some decided it was a good day to air their dirty laundry, we choose not to. Accusations and fitnah is berat. We are sane and some of us have special needs kids to take care of and wish to move forward in life. Lina's Cafe started to provide a safe dining space for families with kids on the #autism spectrum to dine in a judgement free zone. It may seem like a small aim. But its a huge deal for many asd parents. As many have passed their judgement, regardless of what is said, we reserve ours. Like this picture of a huge storm brewing over Singapore, we can only hope the storm passes through safely without serious casualty. Please do not spew or encourage hate and believe everything that you read and destroy every good deed that you have done. Our owner is a happily married man with 1 wife. Never do, practice or declare anything like what is being said. We hope that everyone please cease from making judgemental accusations. #linascafesg #friendsofautism
